Lineas Poeticas

Migration, both literal and metaphorical, has been a consistent theme in my artistic journey. My recent project, Lineas Poeticas, or poetic lines, delves into literal and metaphorical lines connecting us across time. Inspired by the Incas and their use of quipu, I aim to create a new fantasy future where vibrant, flourishing creatures emerge from designs that combine yet transcend costume and tradition. These pieces consist of a mix of knitting, crocheting, embroidery, felting, hand stitching, hand dyeing, and digital jacquards.
